Zecore Studio works from Kochi with a practical understanding of Kerala's climate, craft culture, and changing aspirations. Our projects move from private homes to commercial spaces, each shaped by careful listening before a line is drawn.
We believe architecture and interiors should respond to rain, heat, light, family rituals, business needs, and long-term maintenance. That makes every material choice and every site decision part of the design.
Because design and construction sit under one roof, the studio can protect the original idea through drawings, procurement, site coordination, and finish. The work stays ambitious, but the process stays grounded.
